Courier Service
Seacliff provides daily courier pickup and delivery service with personnel who are trained in handling and transporting specimens. We will schedule a daily pickup time that is dependable and convenient for your office routine. Lock boxes are provided when a late specimen pickup is requested. Our Courier Service Representatives are trained to be prompt, polite and knowledgeable to your service needs.
If specimens are not sent on a daily basis and your account has been designated a “Will-Call” Account, when a courier pickup of specimens is required, please notify our Customer Service Department prior to 3:00pm.
California law requires the collection facility to assume responsibility to assure that medical samples are secure in a suitably locked storage container prior to courier pickup by the laboratory.
