Our Customer Services department is supported by a team of experienced, knowledgeable and courteous staff who will answer all questions courteously and reliably Monday – Friday 7:30am to 7:00pm and Saturday 8:00am to 4:00pm.

- Requests for verbal or facsimile reports.
- Ordering additional testing not originally requested on the specimen test requisition.
- Phone and fax reporting of panic alert values.
- Requests for “Will-Call” courier pickups.
- Routing telephone inquiries to technical personnel with specific knowledge expertise to answer specific technical questions.
